Andrew è nato a Manchester e ha studiato alla Magdalen College School di Oxford, cantando come corista e successivamente come studioso di coro al Magdalen College. 

Ha studiato canto alla Royal Academy of Music. Una delle prime esperienze è stata come solista in una performance di “Messiah from Scratch” alla Royal Albert Hall, diretta da Sir David Willcocks. 

Un’altra pietra miliare è stata cantare come basso solista nella Fantasia Corale di Beethoven con l’Orchestra Filarmonica di Berlino e Maurizio Pollini diretti da Claudio Abbado al Festspielhaus di Salisburgo. 

Andrew ha un'intensa carriera operistica, in tournée negli Stati Uniti come Danilo (Die lustige Witwe) e in tutta Europa come Rigoletto per la Compagnia d'Opera Italiana di Milano. I ruoli nel Regno Unito includono Renato (Un ballo in maschera) e il Conte (Le Nozze di Figaro) a Holland Park, Ford (Falstaff) per ETO e Don Giovanni per la Mid Wales Opera.  Alla Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, ha cantato Starveling in A Midsummer Night's Dream di Britten. La scorsa estate Andrew ha cantato Don Alfonso (Cosi fan tutte) con recite in Francia e alla St John's Smith Square, Londra con la Southbank Sinfonia. Quest'anno canta Sharpless (Madama Butterfly) con la London City Philharmonic. I piani futuri includono Donner (Rheingold) e Gunther (Götterdämmerung) nelle rappresentazioni dell'intero Ring Cycle per la Regents Opera a Londra nel 2025. 

Andrew è un avvocato qualificato e ha anche una qualifica CELTA per insegnare l'inglese come lingua straniera.  È anche membro della British Association of Ski Instructors.

Andrew was born in Manchester and educated at Magdalen College School, Oxford, singing as a chorister and subsequently as a choral scholar at Magdalen College.  He studied singing at the Royal Academy of Music.

An early experience was as soloist in a performance of "Messiah from Scratch" at the Royal Albert Hall, conducted by Sir David Willcocks. Another milestone was singing as bass soloist in Beethoven's Choral Fantasia with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and Maurizio Pollini conducted by Claudio Abbado in the Festspielhaus Salzburg.

Andrew has a busy operatic career, touring the USA as Danilo (Die lustige Witwe) and throughout Europe as Rigoletto for Compagnia d'Opera Italiana di Milano. Roles in the UK include Renato (Un ballo in maschera) and the Count (Le Nozze di Figaro) at Holland Park, Ford (Falstaff) for ETO and Don Giovanni for Mid Wales Opera. At the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden he sang Starveling in Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Last summer Andrew sang Don Alfonso (Cosi fan tutte) with performances in France and at St John's Smith Square, London with the Southbank Sinfonia. Andrew is a qualified solicitor and also has a CELTA qualification to teach English as a foreign language.  He is also a member of the British Association of Ski Instructors.
